Carol Hampton is an award-winning career professional with 19 years of real estate experience. She joined the Allen Tate Company in 2004 as an agent and in July 2014, was promoted to Sales Manager of the Allen Tate Charlotte-Ballantyne office and then to Branch Leader of the Allen Tate-Fort Mill office in January 2015.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is a licensed Broker and Realtor® in North and South Carolina and has earned the following NAR designations: Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Carol believes that real estate professionals play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of buying, selling, renting, and/or investing in properties.  They bring valuable expertise and knowledge about the local market, property values, contract negotiations and so much more!  By doing so, they can make a significant positive impact on their clients' lives, financial well-being and generational wealth.
